With an extensive background in data analysis, research, the non-profit sector, science, economics and politics, Magnus brings diverse experience and perspectives to his work.

He has also contributed his skills and expertise to many community-based projects, including coordinating Menergy, a transformative and supportive men's gathering in Victoria, and successfully catalysing the grassroots Brougham Street Cohousing development of 20 homes in Eltham.

Magnus’s career has helped him discover his passion: supporting transformative collectives and nurturing leadership within them. He believes that true leadership is about fostering the growth and empowerment of the collective rather than individual achievements.

My experience of Magnus in the work place and as a leader has given me the opportunity to see many of his skills. To me it seems he excels in creating visionary projects with discipline and committed follow through, both for work and in his personal life, following his passions, self learning skills, inspiring and bringing people together. I have found him an excellent teacher, self aware and self regulated, able to gently communicate the information necessary to help tasks run smoothly and effectively. One of his best talents is navigating conflict as he is unafraid to speak his truth and be heard, and more than capable of holding his own and asserting himself/staying calm in the face of aggression to stand up for himself and others. I speculate his attuned nature comes from many tools learned in a lifetime pursuit of self inquiry.
